Do you have a cherished furry friend? How about a scaley friend? I would love to do the honors of creating a watercolor portrait of your pet or sturdy steed (horse).

Ordering

To order a pet portrait, all you need to do is contact me when commissions are open. A 25% ordering fee is required up front, with the balance due upon completion. The ordering fee is nonrefundable. If there is a situation in which I have to cancel your portrait, I will refund in full. To complete a portrait, I will need about 3-4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity.

Photos

I need good quality photos. They need to be clear and not blurry. Both digital and hard copies are acceptable. I usually will ask for several copies of photos to get a good idea of coloring and personality of the pet. If you need me to work with a poorer quality photo, I will try, but I cannot create the best pet portraits from a low quality photos.

Postage

US postage is included in the price of the commission. They are sent matted and wrapped in bubble wrap and marked as fragile. I can deliver locally as well. If the commission needs to be shipped outside the US, please contact me for a quote for shipping.

Terms and Conditions

Read the following terms and conditions as the payment of your deposit is taken when accepting these terms.

All artwork is original and created by the artist.
All copyright is retained by the artist.
Any reproduction or similar use of the artwork must be agreed with the artist beforehand.
Once the commission is completed, the artist will send a photos of the work, at which time the full payment will be due within 10 days.
If the payment is not received in 10 days, the artist reserves the right to sell the artwork and reproductions.
